Research Constructicon

We developed the Research Constructicon as a web application that allows visitors to browse the database that our young researchers in the Research Training Group of the Dimensions of Constructional Space at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg contributed to. Rooted in the framework of Construction Grammar, this new tool illustrates how we can represent constructions, their formal and semantic properties and connect them to the corpus data, experimental results, lexicographic descriptions and (links to) publications generated by the various research projects.

This web page is the frontend of an RDF knowledge graph that leverages the power of Semantic Web Technologies for constructicography. The underlying database can be downloaded on the Github repository of the Research Constructicon. Current statistics on the contents of the RCxn can be found on our Status page.
